Our new carts have different warranty terms and limits.

If anything happens after your warranty period, we’d be happy to help by sending a mechanic at your cost and convenience.
Warranty of Icon, Active EV, Gorilla Rides EV, and Tomberlin products cover the parts of the respective product that was sold by Palmetto HT LSV Inc and purchased by our Palmetto HT LSV Inc. Our time to service one of those products is not covered by the warranty of the manufacturer. Palmetto HT LSV Inc does offer a 2 month grace period where we do not charge for convenience (i.e. travel or pick-up and delivery) to service our customers. After the 2 months, typical service call fees, travel fees, or pick-up and delivery rates will be assumed.
